The Korean House ships the Korean-inspired Seoul Plushes Collection, curated from Seoul, to customers all across India. We currently ship pan-India to all postal pincodes serviceable by our courier partners.
A small number of very remote pincodes may not be served by our courier partners. If we can't deliver to yours, we'll contact you before shipping and refund you in full.
Every plushie is hand-inspected, wrapped in protective packaging, and prepared with care:
Processing Window: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Operating Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding national and public holidays).
Notifications: You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment goes through, and your tracking details on WhatsApp or email once your package ships.

₹99 Flat Fee
Standard flat shipping fee covering protective packaging, handling, and express surface delivery.
Free delivery is decided on what your items cost after any bundle or coupon savings. The minimum order is ₹199.
Once your order is handed to the courier, we send you the courier name and Tracking ID on WhatsApp or email. You can follow your parcel on the courier partner's website.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery fails on both attempts due to incorrect contact details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept:
Package Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your plushie arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with your Order ID, clear photos, and a required unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened.

The Korean House currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are actively working on expanding to overseas Korean lifestyle lovers in the future.
