The Korean House delivers to all serviceable postal pincodes across India, including Maharashtra, Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Kerala, Gujarat, Punjab, Rajasthan, and the North-Eastern states.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) begin processing on the same business day.
Dispatch SLA: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Sundays & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the subsequent working day.

Important Delivery Inspection Note
If the external carton box or polybag appears visibly torn, crushed, opened, or resealed with non-branded tape at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery from the courier agent and mention “Refused due to tampering” on the delivery proof.
If you accept the delivery, ensure you capture a continuous 360-degree unboxing video as specified in our Refund Policy to protect your claim.
Our courier partners make up to three (3) delivery attempts before initiating Return to Origin (RTO). The courier agent will call your registered phone number prior to delivery.
If a shipment returns to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, unavailability over 3 attempts, or refusal to accept without valid cause, re-dispatch charges of ₹99 will apply.
Currently, The Korean House delivers exclusively within the Republic of India. We do not accept orders for international delivery outside India at this stage.
