Yes. At checkout, choose to pay just ₹100 online now and the rest in cash or UPI to the courier when your parcel arrives. The ₹100 advance is refunded in full if your order is cancelled before dispatch, but not if you refuse the parcel at delivery, as it covers our courier charges.

Metro city deliveries typically arrive in 4–6 business days, and the rest of India in 6–9 business days (up to 12 business days for remote pincodes). We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange policy for eligible plushies in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If your plushie arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID, clear photos, and a required unboxing video, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund with zero return shipping cost to you.
